POSITION SUMMARY
The Fleet Manager is the primary point of contact for Fleet Management activities between Equipment Depot and Mitsubishi Logisnext & Equipment Depot National Account customers. The position is responsible for the execution of fleet support throughout all the regions within the organization. The Fleet Manager will work with the branches on successful completion of program details per the specific customer requirements, including execution of billing timelines and accuracy. The Fleet Manager will be involved with corporate initiates, such as onboarding EQD National Account customers into Lift Truck Solutions. Accurate set up of large accounts and fleet data set up will also be included in this role, assisting sales in reporting as well as making recommendations to help reduce customer's total cost of ownership.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Analyzes customer work orders for compliance, and calls to action branches to complete and bill on time
- Coordinates end of lease inspections and timely response to ML
- Set up tracking for rejected invoices and corrective action and response by locations.
- Creating new internal KPIs for fleet service ops and accountable for KPIs across the organization
- Collaborate and brainstorm with sales groups to develop customer-centric fleet programs.
- Oversee the implementation on new customer fleet programs to make sure all aspects of the program have been set up correctly
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics code.
- Fosters a collaborative team culture throughout multiple organizations and teams within EQD, such as, but not limited to Shared Services, Mitsubishi Logisnext, Regional Management, and branches
- Work with and train stakeholders as needed
Qualifications:
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Minimum High School education, Higher education preferred
Experience: 2 4 years industry experience; Prior experience in material handling segments is critical.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office Products, ERP systems, and Google Products
Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Fleet concept of cradle to grave asset management. Fleet Manager must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines. Because of the amount of data, Fleet Manager needs to be organized.
