This is us, your new colleagues:
The overall purpose of the role is to maintain a relentless focus on the overall Dealer Experience in our digital channels. Our dealers work and interact in a combination of our own and strategic partners’ (e.g. DMS providers) digital solutions. The Director, Dealer Experience will take an outside in view and orchestrate and enable the extended organization to drive continuous improvements and optimization across all dealer facing digital solutions. In addition, the role will support our dealer development organization to develop key digital dealer facing applications (e.g. dealer portal) and supporting data. The role will work with key stakeholders in the organization and extensively with dealers meaning leadership and team work is critical with emphasis on working in cross-functional teams. The role will be a key part in driving the digital transformation of our business and dealer channel,

This is how you will make an impact:

  • Establish and secure cross-functional focus and consistency in dealer experience in all dealer facing digital products and solutions. Secure all relevant Digital and IT development efforts are made with focus on dealer experience
  • Drive digital integration strategies with key stakeholders together with dealers, DMS partners and other 3rd parties
  • Drive development of key dealer facing products and solutions (e.g. dealer portal) supporting business needs and digital transformation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels
  • Act as an extended part of Retail Development function supporting all Digital & IT needs
  • Establish and maintain business capability mappings linked to Digital & IT strategic roadmaps in the retail development area
  • Together with Group Digital & IT secure retail development application portfolio is well managed and supported
  • Manage budget for retail development digital products and solution development and operations
  • Manage and develop direct reports
  • Define dealer experience process and performance indicators. Continuously analyze input from internal and external benchmarking and data to support driving insights and actions improving dealer experience

This position can be located in Greensboro, Raleigh/Durham or Charlotte, NC. Some onsite days will be required in Greensboro and will be determined by the needs of the business and/or hiring manager.

Who are you?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, Master’s Degree preferred. 
  • Prefer a minimum of 7 years related experience
  • Occasional travel required
