Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Fleet Sales Representative to join our team, covering the Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky territory.
This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their operations.
Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing fleet sales, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities within your territory. As part of a smaller, dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact on our continued success.
Compensation: Pay is based on experience and includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service to golf courses, resorts, and commercial fleet customers. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky. • Travel throughout the territory to meet with prospective and existing customers. • Record and manage all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. • Monitor operational changes and needs at customer locations.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver quotes, financing options, and proposals.
Stay informed on Ladd's product offerings and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Represent Ladd's Golf and Turf and our brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

We're looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, customer focused environment. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the broader sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Strong time management and organizational skills - able to prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, margins, and financing terms. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology.
Mechanically inclined - able to identify potential vehicle or equipment issues. • Dependable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
